Military Resiliency Workshop

  • North Wind Rescue and Healing Oregon, WI United States (map)

Last year we did an event that was for military spouses and significant others. This time, our workshop will be geared towards past and present military spouses as well as their significant other/spouse.

Our board consists of 8 board members, 5 of which are either military spouses or military significant others. Our rescue was founded while we were on the Eglin Air Force Base. We recognize that far-reaching impact of the military way of life, extending beyond just the military members. Navigating the role of a military spouse or significant other demands a unique level of resilience that may be challenging for many to comprehend. This workshop aims to emphasize and address these challenges, fostering a sense of connection, and reassuring you that you are not alone in your experiences.

We want this event to be a way to say thank you for YOUR service as a military spouse or significant other, and a way to connect with others in a similar situation.
